Responsible for keeping the complete repair, service and maintenance record of computer items. Assist his supervisor to coordinate with the vendors for procurement of computer items. Backup of Data, Mail, log and PST files.

On server side configuration of DNS, DHCP, Active directory Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords

Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications; Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.

Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
